Found a VERY sweet male Tuxido cat with white boots and gold eyes.

He was crossing 11th st on Cortlandt...a VERY busy street. He's well taken care of so I believe this is someone's pet. He was very hungry though, so he's probably been outside for a few days. Fur is clean and thick.
