Working at the request of the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, the Houston SPCA rescued two horses and 15 dogs Wednesday from a property in Liberty County. The animals are resting comfortably after having received initial medical evaluations, veterinary care, food and water. Pending judicial disposition, the dogs and horses will be evaluated for placement.
