White lab missing since 6/5/12

Our lab, Chance, went missing from our neighborhood on June 6, 2012. He is white/yellow with a large block head, black nose, dark eyes, big paws, and is not fixed. He is very sweet and knows all his basic commands (sit, shake, stay). He also suffers from seizures.
