(HOUSTON) June 12, 2020 – This morning the Houston SPCA cruelty investigators and Harris County Precinct 1 Constables rescued dozens of cats living in deplorable conditions in a southwest Houston home. They discovered 37 cats roaming inside the home that was filled with debris, urine, and feces, or locked inside dirty cages. The felines will all be transported to the Houston SPCA for veterinary examinations and care.
